Senior Associate I - Workforce Consulting

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate I to join its Workforce Consulting team within General Consulting services. You will work directly with clients, evaluating current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and building practical action plans to improve organisational performance, including designing market-ready tools and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on organisation and workforce transformation and contribute to solutions with lasting impact.
• Work in cross-functional teams with clients and internal stakeholders to create and implement strategic organisational and people change.
• Lead and manage projects and related teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a strong rapport with clients as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
• Stay up to date with regional and international best practices and business developments.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of total experience in business analysis, management consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of significant outcomes.
• Strong expertise in process improvement, organisation design, talent and change management, and workforce transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
