Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations

About the role

Motive is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations to help scale its go‑to‑market organization. Based in Lahore with a hybrid schedule aligned to U.S. Eastern Time, you will lead a team and partner cross‑functionally to improve reporting, forecasting, productivity, growth, retention, and operating efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals.
• Own key operating processes such as forecasting, business reviews, KPI reporting, pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis.
• Translate business priorities into practical workflows, metrics, and execution plans.
• Lead complex analyses and cross‑functional projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, documentation, and process scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to connect data and processes to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization, ownership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
