Associate Manager - Quality & Hygiene

About the role

The Associate Manager – Quality & Hygiene supports the implementation of the highest standards of food safety and hygiene within the Lucky One Store in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis of quality and food safety standards and drive continuous improvements.
• Implement internal quality and hygiene procedures and maintain related documentation.
• Research and record food safety regulatory changes.
• Implement corrective actions from audit results.
• Promote hygiene and food safety awareness across the store.
• Monitor fresh food storage, waste segregation, and timely removal to meet health and safety standards.
• Deliver training for food and waste handling staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in food quality control.
• At least 3 years experience in retail food operations (preferred).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
