Night Manager – Guest House Operations

About the role

EagleStar Communication seeks a responsible and well‑organized Night Manager to oversee guest house operations during the night shift in Gujranwala. The role involves managing guest services, security, and a small team to ensure smooth, high‑quality service throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all night‑shift guest house operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and guest inquiries.
• Supervise a team of three night‑shift staff members, enforcing discipline and professional conduct.
• Maintain accurate guest records, room occupancy status and daily financial reports.
• Monitor security protocols to ensure safety of guests, staff and property.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Prepare detailed night‑shift reports for handover to the morning‑shift team.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise staff and maintain high service standards during night hours.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to handle guest issues and security concerns.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
