Associate Product Manager - B2B SaaS

About the role

A growing B2B SaaS product team is looking for an Associate Product Manager in Lahore. The role suits someone with solid product experience who is analytical and customer-focused, and turns business and user needs into product solutions. The position is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user and business requirements and turn them into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support the product roadmap, backlog management, prioritization and feature execution.
• Work with Engineering, QA, Design, Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver features.
• Conduct user research and analyze customer and product feedback to find improvement opportunities.
• Support feature launches and monitor product performance and user adoption.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and help improve the product continuously.
• Identify product issues and opportunities and work with teams to develop solutions.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or technology products is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Location: Lahore, Pakistan; work mode: onsite.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and product documentation practices.
• Basic understanding of data analysis/SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
