Associate Product Manager – Data & Business Intelligence

About the role

PostEx is looking for an Associate Product Manager to own and evolve its Data & Business Intelligence products. You will shape dashboards, reporting systems and analytics solutions that drive visibility across the entire parcel lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Data & BI product strategy, road‑maps and KPI frameworks.
• Gather and translate business requirements into data models, metrics and reporting structures.
• Prioritise product features based on impact and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, SQL Developers, QA, Finance and Operations to deliver BI solutions.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, self‑service analytics and regular reports.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field (MBA a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analytics or Data Analytics.
• Experience with data products, reporting systems and BI solutions, preferably in logistics, courier or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SQL (mandatory).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, preferably ClickHouse.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Apache Superset.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, data pipelines and data integration concepts.
