About the role
VaporVM is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join the team immediately. You will support project planning, coordination, resource management and PMO reporting across a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and track project progress.
- Monitor resource utilization and conduct capacity planning.
- Prepare project, utilization and PMO reports.
- Maintain project documentation and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in project management or PMP certification.
- 3–4 years of experience in project management or PMO.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Power BI
