About the role

BigBaat is looking for an Associate Social Media & Community to manage its social media presence and creator community. You will engage creators, answer queries and help grow the online community across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and is based in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and manage content daily on social platforms
• Engage with creators and users through comments, direct messages and community posts
• Support creator onboarding and community campaigns
• Track engagement, follower growth and community sentiment
• Coordinate with the content, performance and design teams
• Monitor trends, memes and viral content in the creator space

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in social media or community management
• Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Understanding of the creator economy and influencer culture
• Ability to manage communities, handle customer queries and maintain a positive brand reputation
