Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Extensive IT Services Dubai is looking for a skilled, results-driven Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join its Islamabad team. The role manages digital marketing campaigns for the UAE and other international markets, focusing on generating quality leads, improving campaign performance and growing brand visibility. It requires practical experience in paid advertising, social media management, lead generation, analytics and AI-powered content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop lead generation strategies to improve conversions, reduce cost per lead and maximize ROAS.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create social media content, reels and videos, and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney and CapCut for content creation and marketing.
• Track and analyze campaigns with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking tools.
• Run audience research, A/B testing, remarketing and campaign optimization.
• Explore marketing automation tools such as Zapier and n8n to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in performance marketing and social media management.
• Experience in organic social media growth, content planning and video marketing.
• Familiarity with AI content tools, analytics and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.
• Experience with UAE, USA, UK, Canada or Australian markets is an advantage.
