Associate Solutions Consultant

About the role

Code District, a software development company serving enterprises, growing businesses and startups, is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant to own the pre-sales lifecycle, from the first client conversation through to delivery handover. The position is based on site in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with international clients, understand their business goals and constraints, and capture clear, structured requirements.
• Translate client needs into well-defined solutions and technical approaches, and explain key decisions, options and trade-offs.
• Own RFP and RFI responses end to end, from qualification and response planning to final proposal submission.
• Develop proposals, effort estimates and statements of work together with Engineering and Delivery.
• Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Work with Sales on opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy and deal positioning.
• Partner with Engineering and Delivery to validate feasibility and ensure a clean handover on won engagements.
• Maintain a library of proposals, case studies and pre-sales materials, and help improve how deals are responded to and won.

Required profile

• 6-18 months of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or a comparable client-facing role within IT services or software.
• Sufficient technical depth to design credible solutions and engage confidently with engineering teams.
• Experience working with Sales, Engineering and Delivery teams to move a deal from opportunity to handover.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort working with international clients.
• A high level of ownership, discipline and professionalism, and comfort working directly with senior leadership.
