About the role
Leaders BPO is seeking motivated and confident Auto Warranty Closers to join its night‑shift sales team. You will work on‑site handling inbound leads and converting them into sales for the Auto Warranty campaign.
Key responsibilities
- Handle potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and explain campaign offerings.
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in an Auto Warranty campaign is preferred.
- Strong closing skills and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
