AutoCAD Draftsman – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

Takmeel Square is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to produce accurate, construction‑ready drawings for projects in DHA Bahawalpur. You will translate design concepts into detailed architectural, structural and MEP documentation that guides contractors on site.

Key responsibilities

• Generate precise architectural, structural and working drawings from sketches and design concepts.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections and construction details that meet DHA by‑law standards.
• Incorporate revisions, maintain version control and ensure coordinated drawing sets across all disciplines.
• Support quantity take‑offs and bill of quantities where required.
• Maintain compliance with scale, title‑block and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in real‑estate, construction or consultancy environments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for scale, accuracy and error detection.
• Organized, deadline‑driven and able to work calmly under revision pressure.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (2D) – mastery.
• Revit – strong plus.
• SketchUp – strong plus.
• 3D modeling concepts – strong plus.
