Job description

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures on‑time delivery of equipment to meet operational demands, while reducing non‑productive time and improving maintenance efficiency across the division’s assets.

Key responsibilities

Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability‑centered strategy using the CMMS.
Record materials, labor costs, and equipment performance in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
Comply with Division TLM standards and the Competency Management System.
Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to shorten asset turnaround time and reduce downtime.
Assist in failure investigations and support parts return authorizations.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain the listed equipment and systems.

Required skills

Troubleshooting and maintenance of injectors, stimulation units, coil tubing, pumps, motors, cylinders and related HR series units.
Experience with NPS/NPF units, boost pumps, SPF and MPF series, Caterpillar engines, pod blenders and liquid additive systems.
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) tools.
