Automotive Parts Procurement Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Parts Procurement Specialist to support a US‑based auto dealership from a remote location in Pakistan. You will ensure that the workshop never runs out of the right parts by managing the end‑to‑end sourcing, purchasing, and delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source the correct OEM or aftermarket parts required by the dealership’s workshop.
• Contact vendors, obtain competitive quotes, and recommend the best option based on price, quality, and delivery time.
• Raise purchase orders in the dealership’s system, track shipments, and confirm on‑time delivery.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and turnaround times with suppliers.
• Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and incorrect deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages before they impact operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts procurement, purchasing, or spare‑parts management.
• Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts and ability to match part numbers to vehicle makes and models.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily coordination with US teams and suppliers.
• Reliable internet connection and a proper home‑office setup.
• Willingness to work full‑time during US Eastern Time hours.

Required skills

• Experience with CCC Intelligent Solutions software.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
