Truck Dispatcher

About the role

We are expanding our transportation team and need 10 experienced freight dispatchers to manage U.S. trucking operations from our Lahore office. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage freight across Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Hotshot, and Power Only equipment.
• Coordinate routes with drivers to ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers and customers and maintain broker relationships.
• Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and manage Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
• Minimize deadhead miles, maximize truck utilization, and track loads from pickup to delivery.
• Resolve operational issues while providing excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of dispatching experience in the U.S. trucking industry.
• Strong understanding of HOS regulations and ELD management.
• Experience working with freight brokers and load boards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and support drivers professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DAT, Truckstop, or Sylectus freight platforms.
• Experience handling Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
