AVP Technology – UNIX & J2EE Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a senior technology professional to lead the stability and performance of our UNIX and J2EE middleware platforms. The role involves providing L3 support, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with audit and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain service stability and meet SLA targets for WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss and Tomcat environments.
• Provide L3 technical support, on‑call rotation, and act on escalations.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for middleware products.
• Plan and execute installations, deployments, upgrades and license compliance.
• Conduct audit, vulnerability remediation, baseline hardening and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Collaborate closely with application teams to support cross‑platform UNIX, storage, virtualization and database integrations.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience with middleware J2EE platforms on UNIX/Linux/Windows environments.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, changes and problems in production.
• Strong understanding of audit, compliance and security hardening practices.
