About the role

RizTech is looking for a B2B Campaign Closer to join its sales team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on converting qualified B2B leads into signed campaign agreements through structured discovery calls and persuasive presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects and conduct discovery conversations.
• Present campaign solutions clearly, address objections, and guide prospects to a final agreement.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign details are aligned with client expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine scripts and improve closing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of closing B2B sales or similar deal‑closure experience.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
• Goal‑oriented mindset capable of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
