About the role

ABS International is seeking entry‑level Lead Generation Executives to make outbound calls to US‑based prospects. You will start conversations, qualify interest and forward qualified leads to the senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US prospects during the 6 PM‑2 AM shift.
Identify genuine business opportunities and pass qualified leads to senior sales staff.

Required profile

Good spoken and written English; you will be speaking with US contacts.
Students or candidates with strong English are welcome.
Prior call‑center, BPO or customer‑service experience is an advantage but not required.
Confident, motivated and eager to grow.
Full availability Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM‑2 AM, on‑site in Karachi.
