Cold Caller – B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

About the role

Norva Systems is seeking two proactive Cold Callers to be the first point of contact with prospective business clients. You will start meaningful conversations with owners and decision‑makers, explain how our technology and digital services can solve their challenges, and convert interest into qualified sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted business prospects and reach relevant decision‑makers.
• Ask discovery questions to understand each prospect’s challenges, current processes, and interest in our solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on fit, authority, need and timeline, then book qualified appointments.
• Record detailed notes, update the CRM with contact details, outcomes and next steps, and maintain an organized callback schedule.
• Handle objections confidently, respect opt‑out requests, and share feedback to improve scripts and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong verbal English communication and active‑listening skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners, managers and other decision‑makers.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the sales team.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with calling tools, spreadsheets and online calendars.
