B2B Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

A company is looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support sales growth for its software products. The ideal candidate has hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, SaaS or technology, and will run campaigns, create content, manage digital channels and measure results across the B2B buyer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted campaigns on LinkedIn, email, search and other digital channels
• Create and coordinate content for social media, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, case studies and product materials
• Research target accounts, buyer personas and market segments
• Support lead nurturing and work with sales teams
• Maintain website content and landing pages, and manage the social media calendar and LinkedIn marketing
• Keep CRM records, audience segments and lead-source tracking up to date
• Track campaign performance, engagement, conversions and lead quality
• Support webinars, industry events and partnership marketing initiatives

Required profile

• 2-4 years of practical B2B marketing experience in software, SaaS or technology
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience
• Strong English writing, editing and communication skills

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, content creation and basic SEO
• Understanding of B2B buying journeys, lead generation and sales alignment
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Amplemarket, Clay, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Ability to use AI tools effectively and build simple automation workflows
