B2B Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. You will use LinkedIn, Facebook, email and other outbound channels to connect with potential clients and schedule qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target prospects across various industries.
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages on LinkedIn, Facebook and email.
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Book and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Track outreach activity and results in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and achieve daily outreach targets.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or marketing agencies is a plus.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar LinkedIn outreach tools).
