B2B Outreach Specialist – Cold Caller

About the role

Cloud Rexpo is looking for a motivated B2B Outreach Specialist to generate qualified leads for our Virtual Assistant services across the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for the early stages of the sales cycle, identifying decision‑makers, navigating gatekeepers, and securing Zoom appointments for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients in the US & Canada.
• Pitch Cloud Rexpo’s Virtual Assistant services to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach key stakeholders (owners, founders, decision‑makers).
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Collaborate with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B cold‑calling experience in the US & Canada markets.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (fresh graduates with exceptional communication may be considered).
