B2B Sales Representative – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative who can speak fluent English with an American or neutral accent. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, and booking appointments for our USA and UK business services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential USA and UK businesses via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or close smaller deals independently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly performance updates.
• Consistently nurture prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in service‑based sectors.
• Fluent English with a clear American or neutral accent.
• Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills on calls.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent performance.
• Energetic, coachable, and driven to grow within the sales team.
