B2B Sales Representative (English Fluency Required)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative who is fluent in English to join our team and focus on appointment setting for non‑technical business services. The role involves generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, and supporting the sales pipeline for Australian businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact Australian businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or close smaller deals independently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly performance updates.
• Nurture prospects consistently to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in service‑based sectors.
• Fluent English with a clear accent and prior international calling experience.
• Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills on calls.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent performance.
• Prior call‑center experience is mandatory.
