B2B Sales Representative (English Fluency Required)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative who is fluent in English to join our team and focus on appointment setting for non‑technical business services. You will work primarily with Australian businesses, generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact Australian businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or close smaller deals independently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly performance updates.
• Consistently nurture prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in service‑based sectors.
• Fluent English with a clear accent.
• Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills on calls.
• Prior call‑center experience with international calling is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent performance.
• Energetic, coachable, and driven to grow within the sales team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting.
