B2B Tele Sales Executive

About the role

Bisonstechs, a technology and software solutions company offering ERP, POS, accounting, inventory management and custom software, is looking for a B2B Tele Sales Executive to reach out to business customers in Pakistan and present solutions suited to their needs. The position is office-based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Contact business prospects by telephone to introduce Bisonstechs software solutions
• Understand each prospect's requirements and qualify opportunities for ERP, POS, accounting, inventory and custom software products
• Explain product benefits clearly, answer questions and arrange follow-up discussions or product demonstrations with the relevant team
• Maintain accurate call notes, prospect details and pipeline updates in the sales records or CRM
• Follow up consistently with leads, nurture relationships and work toward agreed sales and appointment targets
• Share customer feedback with colleagues and help coordinate the handover of qualified opportunities

Required profile

• Confident telephone communication and professional spoken Urdu; working English is an advantage
• Ability to start B2B sales conversations, ask discovery questions and qualify prospects based on business needs
• Clear, persuasive explanation of software products and their value to business customers
• Active listening, objection handling, rapport building and consistent follow-up skills
• Strong organization, time management and resilience, with the ability to work toward measurable call, appointment or sales targets
• Interest in business software such as ERP, POS, accounting, inventory management or custom applications

Required skills

• Comfort using computers, spreadsheets, email and CRM or lead-tracking tools to keep accurate records
• Collaborative approach when coordinating prospect handovers and sharing feedback with internal teams
