Backlinks / Link Building Specialist

About the role

Rank Drill is looking for an experienced Backlinks / Link Building Specialist with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO and link building. The role is full-time, on-site in Deira Gujra, Lahore, morning shift, and involves developing and executing backlink strategies for various websites and niches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute backlink and Off-Page SEO strategies for different websites and niches.
• Research and identify relevant, authoritative websites for backlink opportunities.
• Build backlinks through guest posting, Web 2.0, profile creation, forums, article submission and other legitimate methods.
• Analyse competitors' backlinks to find new opportunities and strategies.
• Maintain natural anchor text distribution according to target keywords and SEO strategy.
• Perform outreach to website owners or publishers when needed.
• Keep backlink records (URLs, anchor texts, status) in Google Sheets / MS Excel and monitor existing links.
• Support SEO campaigns by finding new link opportunities and meet daily and weekly targets while following search engine guidelines.
• Coordinate with the SEO team and give regular updates and reports.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of practical experience in backlinks, link building and Off-Page SEO.
• Graduate level; able to manage several SEO campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Guest posts, Web 2.0, forums, profile creation and article submission.
• Anchor text, keyword relevance, link quality and competitor backlink analysis.
• Basic keyword research and on-page SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
