About the role

We are seeking a motivated Barista – Coffee Specialist to join our vibrant café team in Lahore. The successful candidate will craft high‑quality coffee beverages, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders to prepare a variety of drinks, including pour‑over and cold brew.
• Apply diverse coffee brewing techniques while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Provide friendly, efficient service, addressing customer preferences and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety standards in the preparation area.
• Handle multiple orders swiftly during peak periods.
• Monitor and perform routine maintenance on coffee equipment.
• Assist with inventory reporting and suggest product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience preparing coffee beverages in a café setting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
