About the role
We are seeking a presentable and modern Personal Assistant (PA) to join our hotel in Gulberg, Lahore. The PA will act as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while maintaining high standards of guest service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage check‑ins, check‑outs and room reservations efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints and special requests.
- Maintain the client and reception areas tidy, organized and presentable at all times.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and a modern, confident personality.
- Presentable, bold and able to interact with guests courteously.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; the role can be considered for off‑time candidates.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal communication.
- Basic branding and management awareness.
- Ability to work in a media‑oriented hospitality environment.
