About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the US and Canada markets. You will focus on generating leads for our software development and IT services, building relationships, and moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the United States and Canada.
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, cold email outreach, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and advance them into the sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, capability decks, and service offering documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in HubSpot CRM.
- Track pipeline progress and meet monthly targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and opportunities in North America.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach within a software or IT company.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Prior experience targeting US and Canada markets is highly preferred.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
