Behaviour Therapist – Clinical Role

About the role

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence‑based, ABA‑informed interventions for children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and challenging behaviours. You will work on‑site in a purpose‑built campus, providing direct therapy and collaborating with specialists to support each child's development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct behavioural assessments and collect baseline data.
• Develop and implement individualized behaviour‑intervention programmes under clinical supervision.
• Deliver one‑to‑one and group therapy sessions using evidence‑based practices.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily‑living skills.
• Manage challenging behaviours through positive behaviour‑support strategies.
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress records, and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and families.
• Participate in parent‑training sessions and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (mandatory).
• International Behavior Therapist (IBT®) certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with developmental and behavioural disorders.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and challenging behaviours is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles, with excellent observation, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
