Billing & Documentation Specialist

About the role

This position ensures the organization receives accurate payment for all services rendered. You will manage high‑volume billing for a social‑services contract, handling millions of dollars in annual revenue and thousands of documents each quarter.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete monthly billing for DCS‑related client services.
• Review service documentation to confirm billing accuracy before submission.
• Upload client documents to billing systems and maintain organized electronic records.
• Conduct routine audits of billing files, identify discrepancies, and follow up with internal teams.
• Track billing status, missing documents, and audit findings using spreadsheets.
• Communicate updates and issues clearly with U.S.‑based team members.

Required profile

• Strong written and reading comprehension in English.
• Experience with billing, documentation review, data entry, or administrative support.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with strict timelines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and billing information.
