Blockchain Lead – Real World Asset Tokenization

About the role

Grand Asian University Sialkot is building a Pakistan‑based digital asset infrastructure company and seeks a Blockchain Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on real‑world asset (RWA) digitisation, enterprise blockchain, and regulated digital‑asset services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end blockchain projects, from architecture to production rollout.
• Research emerging DLT frameworks, cryptographic standards, and cryptocurrency trends.
• Design and implement tokenisation architectures for education credentials, supply‑chain traceability, trade finance, and real‑estate assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate blockchain components with existing finance and fintech systems.
• Ensure compliance with Islamic finance principles and GCC/UAE regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in blockchain or distributed ledger projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience delivering blockchain solutions in finance or fintech environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
