Branch Manager – Bakery and Grocery Operations

About the role

Jalal Sons is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to lead the bakery and grocery departments of its Lahore store. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 30 employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies to meet branch targets and improve profitability.
• Maintain high standards of regulatory and safety compliance across both departments.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering processes and supplier relationships to ensure stock availability and quality.
• Prepare and analyse branch reports on sales, expenses and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, payroll and staff scheduling.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in retail or grocery management.
• Proven ability to manage a large team, resolve conflicts and motivate staff.
• Strong communication, multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
