Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Branch Manager to lead our Karachi outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing orders, and maintaining service standards in a fast‑moving laundry environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and consistent service quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Process orders promptly, perform quality checks, and coordinate dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with delivery riders and logistics for timely pickups and drop‑offs.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the outlet.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase retention.
• Manage vendor and external partner relationships.

Required profile

• Proven branch or store management experience in laundry, retail, F&B, or similar consumer services.
• Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution and complaint handling.
• Excellent organizational abilities: multitasking, prioritization, and compliance with safety standards.
