Brand Executive

About the role

ARE Ventures is a brand acceleration and business growth company that partners with brands across many industries to strengthen their market presence and drive sustainable growth. It is looking for a proactive, organized and results-driven Brand Executive to manage day-to-day brand operations, coordinate with internal departments and ensure brand strategies are executed on time. The role acts as a key point of contact for assigned brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned brands.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative, Content and Alliances.
• Develop and maintain brand plans, task lists, timelines and execution schedules.
• Follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Hold regular client meetings, share progress updates and address client feedback.
• Monitor brand performance, spot improvement opportunities and suggest strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Keep proper documentation of meetings, client requirements, approvals and project updates.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in brand management, account management, marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination and client management skills.
• Excellent organization and time management, able to handle several brands and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, problem-solving and follow-up skills; able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Project management tools.
