Business Analyst – Healthcare IT (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Analyst with 2‑4 years of experience to support a cloud‑based Laboratory Information System (LIS) and CRM platform. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery within the healthcare IT space.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs and user stories.
• Collaborate with QA, development and project management to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Conduct process analysis and propose optimisation for healthcare IT workflows.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, supporting sprint planning, UAT and change‑management activities.
• Create mockups, workflows and wireframes to clarify requirements.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of LIMS platforms.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and HL7 compliance standards.
