About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering clear requirements, analysing processes, and collaborating with development teams to deliver functional software.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in business processes and propose improvements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, use cases and functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers, QA and project managers throughout the development cycle.
- Define acceptance criteria, track requirement changes and support the team in resolving functional blockers.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software/technology environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and requirement‑gathering skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
