Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

Sarmaya is looking for a mid-level business analyst who can independently turn complex client needs into clear technical and process requirements across enterprise engagements. The role sits within Sarmaya's systems, built around the idea of "your data, your governance, your system".

Key responsibilities

• Own requirement gathering and process analysis for client projects
• Map current-state versus future-state workflows for systems rationalization
• Bridge communication between client stakeholders and technical teams
• Support solution design decisions with data-backed analysis
• Contribute to transformation strategy and roadmap discussions with clients
• Validate that delivered solutions meet documented business requirements

Required profile

• 2-4 years of business analysis experience, ideally in enterprise or consulting settings
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Able to translate ambiguous business problems into structured requirements

Nice to have

• Experience in digital transformation or systems modernization projects
• Familiarity with ERP or enterprise systems environments
