Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

LOKAL is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to improve how the company runs day to day. The role covers three areas: optimising operational processes, turning business needs into tech products, and improving the performance of the Online Sales Team. It suits someone who drives and improves processes rather than just following them.

Key responsibilities

• Operations improvement: identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, drive corrective actions and automation, create, document and improve SOPs so teams adopt them, and review key reconciliations and operational outputs.
• Tech product: translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team, maintain the product tracker and keep priorities visible, and test new releases before go-live.
• Customer operations: track and report Online Sales Team performance, KPIs and lead quality; run quality checks on calls, lead handling and bookings and drive corrective action; run points on strategies and improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years in business analysis, operations or process improvement; hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• Able to document processes clearly and turn them into measurable KPIs.
• Comfortable working with tech teams; no coding required.
• Excellent communication in English and Urdu.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
