Business Analyst (Python)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst with strong Python expertise to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, QA engineers and other stakeholders to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis using Python (Pandas) to generate insights, clean and transform data, and support decision‑making.
• Create reports, dashboards and visualisations; write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from CSV, Excel and JSON sources.
• Collaborate throughout the SDLC, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT and release activities.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements and monitor key performance indicators.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance documentation, data analysis and requirement gathering.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and automating reporting processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile ceremonies.
