Business Analyst – Software House (Morning Shift)

About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our software house in Lahore on a morning shift. The role involves translating business needs into clear technical requirements and supporting the development team. You will work Monday‑Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
- Create reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
