Business Consultant – FTTx Sales (Telecom)

About the role

Jazz is seeking a Business Consultant to drive sales of its FTTH (Fiber to the Home) solutions across the Faisalabad and Multan regions. The role involves advising telecom and internet service providers, building long‑term relationships, and delivering revenue growth through new business acquisition and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored FTTH solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, generating leads through visits, referrals and online inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Jazz’s FTTH product portfolio and present its benefits to prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and meet retention and recovery goals for the assigned portfolio.
• Manage the full customer onboarding lifecycle from feasibility studies to contract finalisation.
• Record sales activities, customer interactions and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, technical support, billing and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities with diverse clients.
• Capability to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
