Business Consultant – Strategic Alliances (Digital Solutions)

About the role

The Jazz Business Consultant – Strategic Alliance will drive growth of Jazz’s digital product portfolio across government, enterprise and cloud segments nationwide. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Alliances, the role focuses on revenue generation, client relationship management and leading a team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall portfolio growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Jazz’s digital and enterprise solutions footprint.
• Support the Strategy & Alliances department in executing growth strategies and key initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Jazz Business Consultants, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored digital solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and product development teams to customize offerings for enterprise clients.
• Promote Jazz’s digital solutions such as Garaj Cloud, Quantica, CPaaS and IoT in client conversations.
• Oversee service delivery with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the Regional Head for strategic decisions.
• Prepare strategies to achieve sales targets and forge alliances while maintaining compliance and integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in digital solutions or technology products.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing client relationships in a competitive market.
• Experience leading teams and delivering regional sales goals.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of digital ecosystems including Cloud, AdTech, IoT and Precision Marketing.
• Strong client engagement and solution‑selling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial acumen.
