Business Developer Executive - USA Campaign

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices. The Business Developer Executive (USA Campaign) identifies, prospects and nurtures business opportunities with healthcare providers and organizations in the U.S. market. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
• Present Keystone Medics' RCM and billing solutions
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms and support contract finalization
• Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client onboarding
• Carry out daily market research, update the CRM, report performance and communicate professionally with prospects and clients

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition, preferably in healthcare, medical billing or related services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and meet targets in a performance-driven environment
• Willingness to work with international campaigns and adapt to U.S. market expectations and time zones

Required skills

• Lead generation, pipeline management and use of CRM or sales tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to build rapport with U.S.-based clients
• Basic sales techniques, negotiation and follow-up
• Familiarity with medical billing, RCM processes or healthcare operations is highly beneficial
