About the role

PTH Financial & Insurance is seeking a motivated Business Development Agent to join its Islamabad office. The role focuses on generating new leads, building client relationships, and tailoring financial and insurance solutions to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through inside sales activities.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design suitable financial and insurance solutions.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support business growth.

Required profile

• Strong background in inside sales, sales, or business development.
• Proven ability in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills for relationship building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in the financial or insurance sectors is an advantage.
