Business Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, results‑driven Business Development Associate to join our growth team. You will help expand our client base, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth through research, lead generation, and pipeline support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, emerging industry trends, and new business channels.
• Build and manage target prospect lists across LinkedIn, industry databases, and cold outreach channels.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns including cold emailing, cold calling, and personalized LinkedIn networking.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery meetings, product demos, and initial strategy calls for senior sales leads.
• Assist in preparing client pitch decks, business proposals, sales collateral, and RFP responses.
• Track sales metrics, response rates, and pipeline health to continuously refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or client‑facing roles, preferably in Tech, SaaS, or B2B services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with lead research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, or ZoomInfo.
