Business Development Associate

About the role

Caprae Capital Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive outbound growth, engage senior executives, and convert conversations into revenue-generating deals. This full‑time, front‑line position sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑volume outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) for roughly 20 hours per week.
• Initiate and manage conversations with founders, CEOs, and business owners across industries.
• Book and run discovery meetings, partnership discussions, and early‑stage deal conversations.
• Craft and deliver clear narratives around Caprae’s offerings and value proposition.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospects, partnerships, and deal opportunities, tracking metrics and reporting progress.
• Support, and eventually lead, commercial, sales, and transaction‑related discussions with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong outbound business development skills, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Confident communicator able to build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, autonomous, and performance‑driven.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, private equity, or finance; finance education or deal exposure preferred.
