Business Development (BD) – Upwork Expert

About the role

We are looking for an Upwork Specialist to lead client acquisition on the Upwork platform. You will work directly under Shahzad’s supervision, helping to scale our business development efforts and build a high‑performing sales engine.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through Upwork and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
• Develop and optimise Upwork profiles, proposals and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Pakistan’s top copywriters and a seasoned marketing team to craft persuasive proposals.
• Contribute to the creation of a scalable sales process and support the growth of a sales team.
• Share best practices in persuasion, sales techniques and personal branding.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience managing and scaling Upwork profiles.
• Proven track record of closed deals – candidates must be able to provide evidence.
• Exceptional proposal writing skills that attract clients.
• Strong communication abilities and client‑facing experience.
