Business Development Executive – Appointment Setting

About the role

The Business Development Executive – Appointment Setting will handle inbound leads from US and Canadian customers, qualify prospects and schedule appointments for clients. The role is based in Lahore and requires strong communication and follow‑up skills to ensure timely, professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, email and CRM.
• Qualify customer inquiries, understand needs and schedule confirmed appointments.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, texts and emails, re‑engaging missed or inactive leads.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets and collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO, call centre, appointment setting or sales handling US/Canadian customers.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette, professional communication and a customer‑first attitude.
• Self‑motivated, positive, able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
